The Kennedy & Meyer (Barrio Viejo) Townhomes Homeowners Association consists of thirteen townhomes in downtown Tucson, Arizona, in the historic Barrio Viejo neighborhood. The masonry homes are at Meyer Avenue between Simpson Street and Kennedy Street, on what was previously five long-time vacant lots.
The Kennedy & Meyer (Barrio Viejo) Townhomes Homeowners Association Board of Directors oversees and runs the Association. Board members are elected by the general membership, which consists of all homeowners on record with the association.
Agave Management administers the Association's business affairs, including weekly inspections, tax filings, and annual report preparation.
